Are you a seasoned professional in the field of commercial real estate, property management, and leasing? Do you have a knack for managing portfolios and have an eye for identifying lucrative investment opportunities? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We are seeking a Permanent Sr. Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our real estate portfolio and ensuring maximum profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the real estate market and a proven track record of success in managing commercial property portfolios.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Sr. Portfolio Manager, you will:
1. Manage and oversee the company's commercial real estate portfolio, ensuring maximum profitability and return on investment.
2. Identify, evaluate, and pursue potential investment opportunities in the commercial real estate market.
3. Develop and implement strategies for property acquisition, disposition, and management.
4. Work closely with property managers to ensure properties are well-maintained, leased, and profitable.
5. Maintain a thorough understanding of current market conditions, trends, and regulatory changes that may impact the portfolio.
6. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, outlining portfolio performance, market analysis, and investment strategies.
7. Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, property managers, investors, and brokers.
8. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Sr. Portfolio Manager role, you must have:
1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate, and property management.
2. Proven experience in managing a large and diverse commercial real estate portfolio.
3. Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment strategies, and property management practices.
4. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess property value and identify profitable investment opportunities.
5. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
7. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field. An advanced degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
