Job Details

The Work
  • Large-scale, multi-scope, civil infrastructure projects
  • High percentage of self-performed work
  • Long-duration, technically complex projects (not short-cycle maintenance)
  • Senior PMs are primarily office-based in a field environment, focused on leadership, execution, and decision-making

What This Role Looks Like
  • Full ownership of major projects from early phases through execution
  • Leadership of PMs, Superintendents, and project teams
  • Direct interaction with owners, engineers, and internal leadership
  • Strategic problem-solving rather than constant fire-drills
  • Ability to influence how work is executed - not just react to it

Backgrounds That Translate Well
  • Heavy civil, pipeline, plant, or infrastructure construction
  • Experience on large-dollar projects where planning and leadership matter
  • Candidates from pipeline, plant, heavy highway, or complex civil environments are all considered
  • Technical gaps can be taught - judgment, leadership, and communication cannot
