Job Details

We are looking for a Sr. Application Developer to join our team. The Sr. Application Developer will work with a team of 6-8 others dedicated to enhancing the companies industry differentiating software and help to mentor more junior Developers as well. The Sr. Application Developer will work in an Agile environment, develop code, debug issues, design and test program logic, and establish and maintain databases for user tests and production.

What we look for:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
  • Strong experience managing Rails with Heroku or other similar hosting platforms
  • Experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases
  • Strong skills building quality code and strong understanding of the SDLC
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to travel quarterly to HQ for trainings, all expenses paid
