Sr. Scala Developer

We are a Canadian-based consulting company, experiencing high-growth and looking for experts in the field. We leverage many open-source data platforms and dataflow technologies to provide value to our international client-base.

You are interested in joining a company that is fully dedicated to the reactive platform and is considered a leader in the space.

Candidates must have the following:

• 4+ years of Scala development at the enterprise level
• 3+ years of Akka experience
• 3+ years of Spark experience
• Deep understanding of Java and best practices in development
• Experience with automated testing, paired programming, TDD, and CI/CD
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to have:

• Bachelors in CS or IT related field
