We are looking for an accountant with a minimum of 5 years tax experience, preferably in public accounting. Duties include preparing individual and business income tax returns, tax planning, tax research, agency correspondence, tax compliance, financial statement compilations and other tasks, as needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
CPA/CPA Candidate or Enrolled Agent

Experience:
5+ years experience in tax/accounting office, preferably in public accounting
5+ years experience preparing individual, partnership, corporate and fiduciary income tax returns.
Strong accounting and analytical skills
Strong computer skills: proficiency in Engagement, Excel, Lacerte and/or QuickBooks preferred.
Ability to multi-task and perform detailed work
Ability to work independently
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills needed
