We are seeking a Sr. Strategy Manager to join our vibrant team in the technology industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and leading cross-functional teams to achieve the company's objectives. The role requires a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives. The Sr. Strategy Manager will report directly to the executive team and will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage company-wide strategic initiatives that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that strategic initiatives are integrated into all aspects of the business
3. Monitor and analyze industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage
4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
5. Advanced level of financial analysis, data modeling and presentation development
6. Present and communicate strategic initiatives to the executive team, board of directors, and other key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
7. Measure and report on the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure their success
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is highly desirable.
2. 2-4 years of experience at a top tier management consulting firm, investment bank or a corporate strategy role
3. Proven experience developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
4. Advanced level of financial analysis, data modeling and presentation development
5. Highly motivated and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
6. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
