Job Details



Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (A/R) operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of ledger accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Handle billing activities, including preparing and sending invoices, tracking payments, and resolving billing issues.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with audits.
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline accounting processes and improve financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
  • Provide support to the finance team in budgeting and financial planning activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Work closely with external auditors during financial and operational audits.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience with accounts payable and receivable, ledger reconciliation, and billing.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is a plus.
