Our client is seeking an AP Accountant to join its growing team.

Job Details:Responsibilities
1. Managing the full cycle of accounts payable activities including receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner.
2. Preparing and executing payment orders via checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments.
3. Maintaining and updating financial records, including digital files for all invoices, payments, and expenses.
4. Handling vendor inquiries and resolving any discrepancies in invoice payments.
5. Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
6. Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures in processing of accounts payable.
7. Assist with month end close.

Job Details
Qualifications
1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. 1+ years AP experience.
3. Proficiency in managing and processing invoices.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
