Our client, a global manufacturing firm, is seeking an Accountant to join its growing team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Record Transactions: Post financial transactions to journals and ledgers.
- Reconcile Accounts: Verify and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare Financial Statements: Generate balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
- Process Invoices: Manage accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely payment and collection.
- Conduct Audits: Assist with internal and external audits; provide necessary documentation.
- Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate records of financial transactions and reports.
- Monitor Expenses: Track and analyze expenses; report variances from budget.
Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Spanish Proficiency highly preferred.
3. 5+ years of experience in accounting or related field.
4. Strong understanding of accounting theory and GAAP.
5. Highly detail-oriented and organized.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
7. Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish tasks.
