Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all transactions.
- Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports and projections for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and procedures.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary information and answering inquiries.
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 0+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Solid understanding and experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify numerical errors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
