Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Partner with project teams to ensure accurate job costing, billing, and reporting
- Lead process improvements and scalable accounting workflows
- Support Sage Intacct re-implementation, with focus on automation and training
- Streamline development and construction cash cycle processes
- Automate workflows and implement best practices across teams
- Document procedures and build internal controls
- Handle journal entries, reconciliations, A/P oversight, and month-end close
- Review and process invoices across multiple projects
- Assist with financial reporting, audits, and lender/investor compliance
- Ensure data accuracy and adherence to GAAP and internal policies
- Manage weekly bill pay, ACHs, and wires
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related area of study
- 3+ years AP experience
- Real estate development, construction or property management accounting experience preferred
- Familiarity with job costing and construction billing preferred
- Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred
