Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Accountant with preferably with experience in the Real Estate industry. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of all transactions
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Assist with month-end close procedures
- Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts
- Prepare and file sales tax returns
- Assist with annual budget preparation
- Provide support for external audits
- Participate in special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in General Ledger accounting
- Experience in the Real Estate or Property Accounting industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Must have experience with Pivot Tables and VLookUps.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
