Job Details

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements. You’ll work closely with internal teams and leadership to ensure accurate financials and meaningful insights that drive the business forward.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute month-end close procedures: account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial review.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and explain key variances.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and accounting policies.
  • Support external financial statement prep and external audits.
  • Lead monthly financial reviews with the operations team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on reporting, analysis, and special projects.
  • Assist with accounts payable processing and year-end tax forms for vendors and owners.
  • Apply US GAAP principles and assist with technical accounting research.
  • Complete other duties as assigned in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Required:
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1–3+ years of relevant accounting experience (industry or public accounting)
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
  • CPA (or working toward certification)
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
  • Comfort with analyzing large data sets and preparing trend and variance analysis
