Requirements:
A minimum of a 2 year accounting degree.
Reliable, motivated and driven to deliver quality workmanship.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word & Outlook).
Strong attention to detail.
Strong understanding of debits and credits.

Duties:
Account reconciliations.
Reviewing and posting journal entries.
Preparing annual bank reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
Maintain FleetMate vehicle maintenance program.
Processing of warranty claims.
Preparing files for annual audit engagement.
Assisting in physical inventories.
Preparing weekly and monthly shareholder reports.
Preparing and uploading DTNA financial statements.
Initiate ACH and wire payments.
Prepare open hours reporting for dealerships.
Reviewing and preparing various schedules.
Reconciling work in progress.
