Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Prepare and post month-end journal entries accurately and on time

Compute commissions, bonuses, rebates, and royalties per agreements

Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

Post transactions and maintain data accuracy in multiple ERP systems

Support variance analysis and timely financial reporting

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity and timely processing

Participate in ad-hoc projects to improve processes and expand expertise



Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

2+ years of accounting experience (multi-entity or fast-paced environment preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications

Experience with multiple ERP systems (Sage MAS 100, Sage 500, NetSuite, Microsoft AX, Microsoft Dynamics a plus)

Strong accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines

Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in high-volume environments

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
