A successful person in this role will demonstrate their technical strengths and contribute to the team in the day-to-day client operations, without any requirement or expectation for client development. The role requires great attention to detail to comply with all policies, procedures, and trust accounting practices. This role reports directly to the President.

RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW:
Work directly with the President to support him in fiduciary decisions and client relationship responsibilities.
Provide administration of trust accounts in adherence with trust instruments, governing documents of related entities, and our policies and procedures.
Assemble and review new account pre-acceptance materials, including trust instruments, portfolio holdings, partnership agreements, KYC information, and trust accounting records.
Review and execute cash transfers, investment actions, market value updates, beneficiary distributions, and other trust accounting transactions.
Prepare annual account administrative reviews.
Prepare and review meeting materials for the Trust, Investment, and Distribution Committees.
Effectively manage multiple ongoing projects and successfully prioritize multiple tasks with good judgment and follow up with the President.
Communicate and coordinate with external client advisors, including investment advisers, accountants, attorneys, and family offices.
Adhere to all compliance procedures and reinforce a strong compliance culture with the team.
Actively suggest improvements to procedures and policies.
Other duties as the needs of the office evolve.
