We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing plant. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on the company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update the general ledger, recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
- Utilize ERP system for financial reporting, transaction processing, and data management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting procedures and refine financial reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
- Respond to accounting-related inquiries and issues from management in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Associate's Degree + experience
