Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts each month, investigating and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate reporting.
- Manage cash reconciliations, comparing bank activity to internal ledgers and quickly correcting any variances to keep cash flow on track.
- Oversee corporate credit card reconciliations, reviewing charges, matching statements, and addressing irregularities.
- Review daily banking activity, flagging unexpected transactions to protect company assets.
- Collect and analyze accounting data from multiple sources to support financial analysis and reporting.
- Assist with the month-end close, ensuring entries and schedules are completed on time and financial statements are accurate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Understanding of GAAP and reconciliation best practices.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with a team.
