We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Staff Accountant to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing support to the management team. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all aspects of the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast.
• Work with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies to improve the company's profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting and tax regulations.
• Assist with the preparation of financial data for audits and tax filings.
• Continuously improve accounting processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
