Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:
Acquiring, processing, and registering customer invoices using various accounting software and systems
Developing and maintaining accurate records, including financial reports on sales, expenditures, and revenues
Processing payroll
Recording and maintaining financial transactions
Performing reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts
Assisting in the budgeting, forecasting, tax preparation, and audit process
Running and reviewing various financial reports
Communicating with vendors and clients regarding financial transactions

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as an accounting associate or book keeper.
Extensive knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve financial goals.
Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
