Position Summary:
The Audit Senior is integral to our assurance services team, responsible for leading audits and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service. This role will manage and execute the day-to-day activities of audit engagements, and will require collaboration with clients and team members to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.

This role will manage and execute the day-to-day activities of audit engagements, and will require collaboration with clients and team members to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Audit Engagements: Plan, execute, and conclude audits in accordance with firm standards and GAAP.
- Client Management: Maintain and strengthen client relationships through timely and effective communication and problem resolution.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Review and prepare financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Supervise and Mentor Staff: Guide junior audit staff, offering training, feedback, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and the success of the audit.
- Technical Proficiency: Remain updated on current accounting and audit standards, applying this knowledge to client engagements.
- Documentation and Reporting: Ensure that all documentation is complete, precise, and aligned with firm guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with partners, managers, and staff on client management, practice development, and business development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Active CPA license or in the process of obtaining.
- 3-5 years of public accounting experience, preferably in auditing.
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Proficiency with audit software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task.
