Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with indirect tax state and local tax compliance
• Experience with VAT/GST tax compliance
• Experience with SAGE will be helpful, but is not required
• Excellent accounting and analytical skills
• Experience retrieving and working with data
• Experience researching tax laws and regulations
• Proficient with tax software applications
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Strong team player who can work across multiple business functions
• Ability to analyze and solve problems, results oriented
• Able to work under deadline driven due dates
• Organized and detail oriented, adaptable to change, excellent communication skills

Education and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or closely related field, Advanced degree would be a plus
• 2 to 4 years relevant work experience in public accounting or industry, specific to job description
• CPA or CPA eligible would-be a plus, but not required
