Job Details
Responsibilities -
+ Lead HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical system startup and commissioning on large construction projects
+ Collaborate with project teams, controls contractors, and clients to validate system operation
+ Develop commissioning plans, testing protocols, and documentation
+ Resolve performance issues and support punch list closeout
+ Maintain system turnover reports and ensure seamless project handoff
Qualifications -
+ 5–10 years of mechanical startup and commissioning experience
+ Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and TAB
+ Effective communicator with field, office, and client-facing teams
+ Knowledge of ASHRAE guidelines, commissioning best practices, and LEED standards
+ Degree or certifications in mechanical systems or commissioning preferred
