We are currently seeking an experienced Statutory Reporting Manager to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the statutory reporting process, ensuring compliance with statutory accounting principles, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial reports. Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the preparation and delivery of all statutory reports, including annual reports, interim reports, and other financial statements.
2. Ensuring compliance with all statutory accounting principles and regulations.
3. Coordinating with other departments to gather necessary information for financial reporting.
4. Providing guidance and support to the finance team on statutory reporting matters.
5. Reviewing and improving existing statutory reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
6. Liaising with external auditors to facilitate audits and reviews.
7. Keeping up to date with changes in financial regulations and standards, and ensuring these changes are reflected in the company's reporting processes.
8. Providing expert advice and guidance to senior management on statutory reporting and compliance matters.

Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA) would be an advantage.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on statutory reporting and compliance.
3. In-depth knowledge of statutory accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
4. Strong experience in preparing annual reports and other financial statements.
5. Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
8. Proficiency in using financial software and reporting tools.
