Responsibilities:

- Administer stem cell transplantation treatments and monitor patients for any adverse reactions
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families about stem cell transplantation and the associated treatments and procedures
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process
- Participate in clinical research studies related to stem cell transplantation and cancer care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to patient care and treatment
