Responsibilities:

3. Overseeing the packing, print, and packaging of our tech products, ensuring that our high standards are consistently met.
4. Handling customer service inquiries and resolving any issues quickly and professionally.
5. Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to offer tailored solutions to our customers.
6. Driving sales and profitability, setting store targets, and devising strategies to hit them.
7. Ensuring that our store is always clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
8. Providing regular reports to senior management, highlighting store performance and suggesting improvements.
Qualifications:
To succeed as our Permanent Store Manager, you'll need:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within the Tech Services industry.
2. Proven experience in packing, print, packaging, and customer service.
3. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating teams to exceed their targets.
4. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and inquiries professionally and effectively.
5. Excellent knowledge of the Tech Services industry, with the ability to keep up-to-date with the latest products and trends.
6. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage your time effectively.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software as required.
