Our organization is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and experienced Strategic Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for the construction industry and a proven track record in strategic brand marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM maintenance, managing multiple entities, running successful campaigns, and working with digital agencies. They will also have experience with Annual Operating Budgets, Lead Generation, Market Research, paid media, advertising, paid social, Retention, analyzing trends, and Digital Media.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Strategic Brand Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to strengthen and maintain our brand’s identity in the market.
2. Manage CRM systems to ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
3. Oversee multiple entities and ensure brand consistency.
4. Design, implement, and monitor effective marketing campaigns that align with our business goals.
5. Collaborate with digital agencies to optimize online presence and visibility.
6. Manage Annual Operating Budgets for the marketing department, ensuring cost-effective strategies are employed.
7. Oversee Lead Generation and Market Research efforts to identify new opportunities and understand market trends.
8. Manage paid media, advertising, and paid social strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
9. Implement customer Retention strategies to maintain a high level of customer loyalty.
10. Analyze market Trends and adjust marketing strategies as necessary.
11. Utilize Digital Media platforms to reach a wider audience and promote our brand.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Proven experience with CRM maintenance, managing multiple entities, and running successful marketing campaigns.
4. Experience working with digital agencies and managing Annual Operating Budgets.
5. Strong understanding of Lead Generation, Market Research, paid media, advertising, paid social, and Retention strategies.
6. Ability to analyze market Trends and adjust marketing strategies as necessary.
7. Proficiency in using Digital Media platforms to promote a brand.
8. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
10. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for the construction industry.
