Join our team as a Director of Strategic Sales, where you'll spearhead business growth and expand our client base. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships, closing deals, and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.

Business Pitch and Proposal:
Develop tailored presentations and proposals showcasing our services.
Present solutions effectively and address client inquiries.

Negotiation and Contract Closure:

Qualifications:

Proven success in business development within freight forwarding or logistics.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding services and logistics operations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Relationship-building abilities with clients and colleagues.
Analytical mindset for interpreting market data.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Experience Requirement:
Minimum 1-5 years of sales experience in international freight forwarding.
Track record of successful business development.
