Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and analysis of bridge structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and structural assessments to inform design decisions.
Develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for bridge construction projects.
Utilize structural analysis software and modeling tools to optimize bridge designs for performance and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within budget and timeline constraints.
Provide technical expertise and support during construction phases, addressing any design-related issues that may arise.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Proven experience in bridge design and analysis, with a strong understanding of structural engineering principles.
Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, LUSAS, or STAAD.Pro.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of relevant codes and standards governing bridge design and construction.
