Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Structural Drafter. The Structural Drafter will be responsible for daily tasks related to construction safety drawings, technical drawing, architectural drawings, and structural drawings. The role is primarily located in New York, NY, but offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Strong skills in construction safety drawings, technical drawing, and architectural drawings
Comprehension of building construction and structural elements
Expert proficiency with CAD software and relevant drafting tools
Knowledge of construction processes and procedures
Knowledge of NYC building code
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Degree or certification in drafting, engineering, or a related field
