Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth structural calculations, ensuring compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for the creation of detailed and precise structural drawings.
  • Review and interpret architectural and construction plans to ensure structural soundness.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and clients, effectively communicating project details.
  • Prepare engineering reports, proposals, and comprehensive project documentation.
  • Keep the team updated on the latest advancements and trends in structural engineering.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas.
  • Extensive experience in AutoCAD and Revit for structural design and drafting.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with meticulous attention to detail.
