Qualifications

• Degreed structural or civil engineer. EIT or PE license a plus.
• Experienced in AutoCAD, and 3D structural engineering software (ideally RISA).
• 2-10+ years’ structural engineering building experience.
• A consultative approach that’s comfortable working with clients at all levels including architects, contractors, construction managers and homeowners.
• Collaborative team player who’s passionate, committed, and highly ethical.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Conception – Consult with clients to understand design constraints, answer questions, create proposals/estimates, and keep them informed.
• Project Design – Analyze, draft, and collaborate with the entire team, including the Senior Engineering Manager and Director of the Sign Group, to ensure solid, efficient, cost-effective designs.
• Project Management – Manage projects, keep clients informed and do what it takes to ensure client satisfaction.
