As an employee centered firm, we value work/life balance. We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in coordination, scheduling, and be organized. The candidate must also possess a deep knowledge of electrical systems as this project will be an EV charging station.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise trades on construction projects
  • Develop and maintain schedules and ensure they are on track
  • Ensure all MEP installations meet the required codes and standards
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement quality control measures
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Construction coordination, scheduling, and oversight.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management preferred
  • Deep knowledge of Electrical or Sitework trades
  • Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
  • Understanding of safety protocols and regulations
