A bit about us:
We are a leading commercial construction GC across the East Coast that specializes in healthcare facilities.
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in commercial construction and a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills and expertise in trades such as electrical, plumbing, and mechanical, overseeing all project phases from start to finish. Responsibilities include managing site operations, ensuring safety, budgeting, quality control, and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.

Job Details
MUST HAVE:
- BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
- Proven experience in supervising crews and managing construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction cost control and basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent ability to manage project scheduling and budgeting.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
