Job Details

Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent to lead our construction projects. As a leading commercial general contractor in Colorado, we specialize in ground-up construction, tenant improvement, and commercial construction projects. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about construction and has the skills and experience to lead our projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the construction project from start to finish, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors and other construction workers, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with the project team, including architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that the project is executed according to the plan.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are accounted for and that the project remains within budget.
  • Ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are followed on the job site and that all workers are trained and equipped with the necessary safety gear.
  • Maintain communication with the client throughout the project, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Construction Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Experience in commercial ground-up, commercial tenant improvement, and commercial construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of workers.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and safety protocols.
  • CA General Contractor license preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
