Superintendent - Construction

What You Need to Apply:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Experience with K-12 projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Deep knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling and cost control procedures, general contract knowledge, subcontractor documents, drawings and specifications

What You Will Be Doing:

• You will be responsible for making decisions related to performance or work related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, and quality control
• Manage and monitor staffing levels of trade employees
• Manage coordination of all project operations and resolve problems associated with procedures, design clarification, labor/staffing levels, and required equipment
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and interns including conducting performance appraisals
• Manage billing process to WIP as well as monthly work completion estimates, payroll, invoicing, and subcontractor payments
• Responsible for all work being completed in compliance with, and conforms to, the approved contract documents
