We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent for our Custom Homes division. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team in the construction industry. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our luxury custom home construction processes, from ground up to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in new construction of single-family homes, with a specific focus on custom home building. If you are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of construction operations, project management, and a passion for creating beautiful, high-quality homes, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
As a Superintendent for Custom Homes, you will:

1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
2. Ensure all construction activities align with architectural and structural plans.
3. Supervise the construction team, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality control and adherence to timelines and budgets.
4. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications, safety standards and building codes.
6. Resolve any problems that may arise during construction process such as construction delays, emergencies, and other issues.
7. Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and handling any concerns or changes in plans.
8. Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to minimize the risk of job-related accidents and injuries.
9. Collaborate with the project management team to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Superintendent for Custom Homes position, the candidate must possess the following:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in the construction of custom, single-family homes.
2. Proven track record of successfully completed projects, demonstrating skills in construction planning, budgeting, and execution.
3. Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA safety protocols, and regulations.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and achieving project objectives.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant computer applications.
8. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
9. Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
10. Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions, as the role involves regular site visits.
