We are a top local general contractor in business over 50 years. We are still a family run firm and put our employees first. We are looking to add a superintendent to our team to support a growing backlog of work. The first project will be a large out of the ground multifamily project that aims for LEED Gold. Job Details
- Minimum of 7+ years of construction experience.
- Strong leadership characteristics and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, negotiation, and knowledge of local trades preferred.
- Experience in ground up Multifamily a plus!
- Experience running large projects 30M+ out of the ground
