Superintendent - High-End Commercial Tenant Improvement Projects

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
• Direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications
• Create, maintain critical path method (CPM) construction schedule and site logistics plan.
• Order materials and schedule inspections as necessary
• Manage all trade scopes of work
• Manage self-performed work scopes with labor teams
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, building engineers, and inspectors
• Supervise completion of punch lists
• Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices, a clean job-site, and rectify job site hazards immediately

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (any additional experience a plus)
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent supervising project teams
• Prior experience with commercial tenant improvements (research and development, advanced technology, and/or industrial project experience strongly preferred)
• Has knowledge and experience with all trades scope of work
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Scheduling Software (MS Project), and other project management software
