Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site operations for high-end custom luxury home construction projects from foundation through final punch list and handover
Manage daily schedules, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects stay on time and within budget
Maintain the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and safety on every build
Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and quality control reviews
Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and implement changes
Enforce building codes, permit requirements, and company construction standards
Track project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and as-built records
Lead and mentor on-site teams while fostering a positive, professional work environment

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on custom or high-end residential construction projects
Strong knowledge of luxury home building practices, finishes, and systems
Proven ability to manage multiple trades and deliver projects on schedule and budget
Excellent communication and leadership skills with clients, architects, and subcontractors
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
