We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent specializing in hotel rehabilitation projects to join our team. The Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of hotel renovation projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality construction and a proven track record of successfully managing hotel rehab projects.

Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of hotel rehab projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure project success.
Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.
Communicate effectively with project team members, providing regular updates and reporting on project status, budget, and schedule.
Ensure that projects are completed to the satisfaction of clients, meeting or exceeding their expectations.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in hotel construction, with a focus on rehabilitation projects.
Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality construction methods, materials, and techniques.
Proven track record of successfully managing hotel rehab projects from start to finish.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
OSHA certification and knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
