Details:

  • Lead HVAC installation for multi-family projects, including refrigeration lines, rectangular/spiral ductwork, and low-voltage wiring
  • Manage bidding, crew organization, and material ordering across multiple job sites
  • Ensure compliance with project specs, schedules, and safety standards
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to keep jobs on track
  • Maintain high standards of quality, code compliance, and customer satisfaction

Background Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience (multi-family projects preferred)
  • Refrigerant Certification is needed
  • Proven experience managing multiple HVAC crews and job sites
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, materials, and best practices
  • Must be able to pass physical and drug screening
