Project Manager - Residential Construction

We are a 100+ year old General Contractor that has remained consistently busy throughout the SWFL market! Our residential renovation/remodel division is continuing to see sustained growth with our pipeline into Q2 of 2025!!

Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage multiple residential construction projects at time throughout the Greater Naples area
• Ensure all necessary permits and legal paperwork are in place before the construction process begins
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors, as well as self-perform teams, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities
• Review and understand the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and accurately estimate costs
• Oversee all onsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Meet contractual conditions of performance and ensure the highest quality of building standards
• Review the work progress on a daily basis and resolve any emerging issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager, understanding and/or ability to assist in Estimating process a plus
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
• Expert knowledge in building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Competent in conflict and crisis management
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles
• Familiarity with construction/project management software
