Client is a well-established General Contractor/Construction Management firm seeking experienced Construction Superintendent (Massachusetts Licensed preferred) for modular building projects currently under contract.

Job Details
The Superintendent will report to the Project Manager and is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, planning, and supervising all field operations. This role requires overseeing subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety, scheduling, quality control, cost management, and customer satisfaction standards. Experience in modular construction and healthcare construction is highly preferred. A solid background in the commercial building industry is required.

- Develop and maintain on-site logistics plans and procedures for field operations.
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site work teams and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, estimating, and project management teams to align work with drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Attend weekly project meetings to facilitate clear communication and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain and update Project Schedules/Two-Week Lookaheads and prepare daily construction reports.
- Establish and enforce document control procedures to align work with approved design documentation.
- Develop and oversee the Site Safety Plan, conduct weekly safety meetings, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.
- Lead weekly foreman and superintendent meetings to drive productivity and efficiency.
- Implement and monitor risk control measures per company operational policies.
- High School diploma required; Vocational School or College Degree is a plus.
- 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in modular, healthcare, or commercial projects.
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) is highly preferred; either working to obtain or interested in obtaining.
- Proficiency in OSHA 10/30/40, ASHE, SST Card, and Infectious Disease Control training is preferred.
- Experience with digital photography for project documentation.
- Extensive knowledge of construction safety regulations, methods, and technology.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in construction scheduling software – they use Procore, Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel
