Job Details
Main Responsibilities
Carries out all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the company’s mission statement and vision.
Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project.
Minimizes exposure and risk by implementing and audits safety coordination and quality assurance controls.
Coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of multiple projects along with subs.
Oversees performance of all trade contractors and reviews contract documents to make sure that all scope and regulations are being followed.
Ability to review drawings and specifications to become completely familiar with the project and identify long lead times and critical path items.
