We are a Fully Integrated Real Estate Developer seeking a Construction Superintendent to run ground-up Multifamily projects in Metro Philadelphia.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Manage and supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement construction plans and schedules.
Communicate regularly with the project team, stakeholders, and other key parties to ensure that everyone is informed about progress and any issues that arise.
Identify and address any problems or challenges that arise during construction.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a construction superintendent on multifamily projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required. Relevant work experience may be substituted for education
