National multifamily, hospitality, senior Living, and student Housing developer. 18-24 month project in Prescott Valley, with local Arizona projects to follow. Traveling positions also available, but not required due to years worth of local Arizona projects.

Job Details
- 100+ unit project experience (preferred)
- $30-$50m project experience (preferred)
- Review the Building Specification to confirm material, subcontractor, and equipment criteria and identify potential project document conflict
- Maintain project plans, communication, correspondence and subcontracts
- Review, coordinate and implement the safety measures and applicable company programs for the project required to conform with OSHA standards and to ensure a safe workplace
- Monitor project labor productivity and material quantity requirements. Keep the company informed of any deviations from the original budgets
- Completely review, coordinate, and implement the quality assurance program developed for the project
- Review project punchlist and oversee completion of all project disciplines necessary to receive a certificate of occupancy
- 10 or more years of construction industry experience with a minimum of five as a lead superintendent
- Proven track record of successfully overseeing ground-up multifamily projects valued at an excess of $60M
- Local experience preferred but the client will relocate candidate with strong multifamily garden-style project experience
- Team player with a focus on building quality projects within budget and on schedule
- Knowledge of field supervision and quality control of all phases of construction along with the ability to manage/develop field engineers and assistant superintendents
