We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to join our St. Louis-based construction team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage construction projects in the multifamily and senior living sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a specific focus on multifamily and senior living projects and willing to travel within a 4-5 hour radius of St. Louis.

Job Details
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry. Willing to travel within a 4-5 hour radius of St. Louis.
2. Proven experience managing multifamily and senior living construction projects.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
7. A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
8. Proficiency in construction management software.
