Job Details
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Plan and schedule multi-family restoration projects
- Actively read and interpret insurance scope's of work that were estimated using Xactimate software.
- Create budgets and work orders from the scope of work and implement into production.
- Communicate with the owners, property managers, on-site representatives within the various projects regarding production, selections, timelines,
- Manage and coordinate trades/sub-contractors for each project.
- Utilize project management software to maintain job documents, photographs, work orders/P.O's etc. for each project.
- Actively seek new vendors/trades to utilize on projects.
- Maintain project budgets
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience leading restoration projects
- Proficient using Microsoft Office tools
- Familiar with insurance restoration processes
- Strong communication skills
