We build Residential, Commercial/TI, Hospitality, Seismic, and Healthcare projects. The right person for this role will have strong experience in Multifamily/Commercial projects and have the ability to develop less-experienced staff.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent to join our team. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who is passionate about the construction industry and is driven to deliver high-quality projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all stages of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and risk management in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise all stages of construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
3. Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure the highest level of quality is maintained throughout all stages of construction.
4. Manage risks effectively, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
5. Coordinate and supervise the work of all construction team members, including contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and workers.
6. Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project.
7. Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the construction process, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
8. Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, reports, and budgets.
9. Keep up to date with the latest construction methods, technologies, and regulations, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in quality control and risk management in the construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
8. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
9. Professional certification in construction management, quality control, or risk management is a plus.
